Customer Service Officer

About the roleAs the Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing customer service and assistance in developing and marketing a dynamic range of steel reinforcing solutions for building, construction, mining, rural and industrial applications.
This is a full time position working from 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.Your responsibilities will include:Customer enquiries and sales, over the phone and at the front counter, including front office phone call managementAccurate and timely quoting and follow upEntering sales data accurately into the sales management systemGeneral administration as required including management of cash sale payments and the prepayment of accountsCRM data entry and allocation of credit notesDespatch coordinationYou will be passionate and enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service.
Your previous customer service and administration experience will be highly advantageous to your success in this role.To be successful in this role, you will have:Experience dealing with customers and sales in an office environmentComputer literacy and software skills to complete required tasksStrong decision making, communication and negotiation skillsDemonstrated planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage ever changing customer requirementsKey BenefitsBelow are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
