The Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You'll play a vital role in handling inquiries, resolving service issues, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries
  • Assist customers with service bookings, account queries, and general information
  • Coordinate with the operations department to resolve service issues and schedule changes
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer accounts in our database
  • Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks as required

About You

  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong attention to detail
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (preferred)
