**About the Role**

Our Business Analysts make a crucial impact on our business. They are champions for our client and user experience. Our Business Analysts are supported to thrive in a dynamic environment and are skilled at leveraging Agile practices, multi-tasking and resolve conflicting priorities.

As a Business Analyst in our team, you will collaborate with a high performing multi-disciplinary team across the Agile delivery life cycle. You will bring together the needs of our clients, users and business to help design solutions that are aligned with our roadmap strategy.

Your analytical and structured approach will be instrumental in managing multiple inflight features at various stages of refinement and delivery cycle.

Our success is measured as a team. You will be willing to use your diverse skills and approach to work collaboratively to get things done and achieve team goals.

**You will be able to demonstrate the following essential criteria**
- Experience in Requirements elicitation i.e. User Stories, Epics, acceptance criteria and use cases.
- Experience in using a Human-Centred Design (HCD) approach to understand user needs, behaviours and challenges.
- Experience in delivery environments using Agile and hybrid Waterfall/Agile methodology within medium to large enterprise.
- Conversant across product strategy, process models and system architecture.
- Competent in the use and analysis of data to drive decisions, requirements, and priorities.
- Experience in performing detailed data analysis to drive quality metrics.
- Experience defining test cases.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written, to interact with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong stakeholder management experience and influencing skills.

**We'd love for you to bring**
- Highly motivated, self-starter with an interest in platforms & regulatory compliance.
- Experience of operating in a distributed Agile scrum team, with practical knowledge of DevOps.
- Wealth Management experience and familiarity with capabilities such as trading, investments, superannuation, and tax.
- Exposure to Change Management frameworks and approaches.
- Familiarity of industry standard platform messaging, data feeds and migration activities.
- Experience in data migration activities, including reconciliation & data mapping exercises.
