We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Analysis Leader to join our Performance Management Reporting team.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality performance analysis and insights that support informed decision-making across the organization. Your role will involve evaluating business performance, identifying trends, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations that drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of group management results, ensuring alignment with internal and external reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with divisional Finance and business teams to understand underlying performance trends and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Analyse performance trends, identify key risks and opportunities, and develop strategic insights for informed decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to shape reporting that evolves with business needs
  • Champion continuous improvement in analytics, reporting processes, and data quality to deliver high-impact reports and dashboards that drive operational efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in financial services or corporate finance, ideally within the insurance sector
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to solving complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Adaptable and hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Technical proficiency in finance, accounting, or actuarial analysis
