**Who we are looking for**:
We are currently looking for a Sales Inventory and Operations Planner. You will be focusing on sock availability, demand and order requirements.
**What you'll do**:
- Develop, lead and maintain the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), forecast and inventory planning process.
- Assist in determining sell price guides with the sales team and update SAP to reflect these.
- Achieve target customer service levels and inventory turn levels based on forecast error and bias trends, manufacturing capacity/ flexibility and customer service and inventory turn goals.
- Conduct current and future forecasting analysis via min/max ensuring that forecast processes and methods are followed.
**What you'll bring**:
- Minimum of 5 years local manufacturing/warehouse/distribution/supply chain experience including 3+ years direct demand planning and inventory control experience.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability.
**Within 3 months, you'll**:
- Complete your Atkore immersion program.
- Understand how your job will help deliver Atkore's strategy.
- Gain an understanding of your team.
- Gain an understanding of the training materials and procedures your team owns.
**Within 6-months, you'll**:
- Have a better understanding of the Suppliers
- Built relationships with various customers
- Have a solid understanding of the Supply Chain process
**Within 12-months, you'll**:
- Manage Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning
- Manage replenishment of Stock for branches
- Effectively maintaining Database in SAP
- Contributing to Atkore Sales across the Company
