We're seeking a highly numerical, logical, and detail-oriented Planner to join our Planning team in Sydney, Australia. This role will drive growth through smart inventory management and channel planning.

About the Role:

This Planner will play a pivotal role in supporting sales and profitability goals across third-party platforms. Their work will directly influence inventory health, cash flow, and product performance, making them a key contributor to our commercial success.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Planning and collaborate with various teams to ensure products are in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage seasonal sales and margin plans for third-party accounts.
  • Align product strategies with partner goals, including assortment and regional trends.
  • Monitor sell-through rates and recommend replenishment or reallocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with supply chain to prevent delays and optimize inventory levels.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, platform trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Present actionable insights to internal teams to inform future planning.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to plan product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Influence digital merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Recommend markdowns or exclusive drops to drive traffic and conversion.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience with a proven track record in wholesale or merchandise planning, ideally within fashion.
  • Confidence with margin planning, sell-through analysis, and inventory forecasting.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator.
  • Proactive, commercially savvy, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
