About the role
As Integration Manager you'll be accountable for shaping and delivering the Vocus Consumer system to system integration, with the goal of driving seamless data transfer between systems. The role will support the rapid build of the Dodo and iPrimus system to system integrations with Industry standard architecture to support their strategic goals with world-class digital capability
What you'll be doing day-to-day
- Support the development of System Integrations for the Consumer end-to-end digital customer experience, with a major focus on the Dodo and iPrimus brands and manage and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers and integration specialists
- Provide architectural guidance and recommendations on best practices for API-led connectivity, integration patterns, and data transformation, supporting the development of a prioritised initiative roadmap that aligns with the Consumer group's commercial priorities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of integration projects, from requirement gathering to design, development, testing, deployment, and support and actively support a Lean and Agile delivery agenda, helping the business to balance internal capabilities with outsourced tactical and strategic resources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and ensure integration solutions meet business needs.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex integration concepts into understandable terms and support in the management of agency, partner, and contractor relationships to ensure adequate resourcing, cost-effectiveness and maximum speed of delivery

What you'll bring to this role
- 7+ years' experience in a software development specializing in Mulesoft, with relevant tertiary qualifications coupled with experience leading a team of digital developers
- Extensive experience in MuleSoft technologies, including Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform, API Manager, and Mule runtime.
- Experienced with enterprise digital delivery within a complex multi-channel environment and excellent knowledge of software development practices
- Significant exposure to digital transformation, including channel migration, harmonisation and performance reporting
- Extensive experience in leading solution architecture within the Mulesoft space.
- Sound knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds and extensive experience in working with complex API Integrations
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality digital solutions coupled with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and time management skills.
