Junior Installation Coordinator – Resin-Bound Paving (Career Progression Opportunity)

About the Role
This role is designed for someone with
trade qualifications or hands-on construction experience
who wants to step up into a supervisory pathway. You'll receive
full training in resin-bound paving methods
and work closely with our experienced installation team, subcontractors, and management to learn every aspect of the trade.
You'll start by assisting with planning, coordination, and on-site support for our projects, while developing the skills to manage your own team in future.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the scheduling and coordination of resin-bound paving installations for commercial projects
Actively participating in the practical completion of project installations
Learning to work with and coordinate subcontractors on-site
Assisting with training sessions for new installers and learning best-practice installation techniques
Helping with on-site quality inspections and client support
Attending sites with senior staff to help resolve customer issues
Supporting WHS compliance by helping maintain safety documentation
What We're Looking For
Trade background (landscaping, concreting, paving, carpentry, or similar)
Eager to learn, hands-on, and not afraid to get involved in the physical side of the job
Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel interstate occasionally
Full Australian working rights are essential
– we are not offering visa sponsorship for this role
