Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and organised Junior Project Assistant to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll support the Sales & Operations Manager with the day-to-day planning and coordination of sign installation jobs. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling and planning installation jobs
  • Coordinate logistics and timelines with installers and clients
  • Help prepare job documentation and ensure all materials are ready
  • Track project progress and update internal systems
  • Communicate with team members to resolve scheduling or planning issues
  • Support administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in admin or project support (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
