What to Expect
- The Tesla Energy team is looking for an Installation Operations Coordinator to join the APAC Business Operations team. The Installation Operations Coordinator will be responsible the coordination of residential Tesla energy product installation to end consumers, including both customer facing interactions and operational functions.

This position can be based in Adelaide or Melbourne.

What You'll Do
- Manage daily operational administrative tasks relating to solar and battery installations
- Assist with purchase orders and work orders
- Validates all final installation quotes from installers
- Provide feedback to improve Installation Coordinator processes
- Escalate critical issues to senior management in a timely manner
- Assist with special projects and data analysis as needed
- Help design and develop business processes that will improve the performance of the team

What You'll Bring
- BA/BS or evidence of exceptional ability
- +2 years experience in electrical, construction, battery systems or solar PV installation is preferred
- Strong team-player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to efficiently manage high volume and repetitive administrative tasks
- Proven to have exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, detail oriented, and execution focused
- Proven record of prioritizing effectively and handle shifting priorities
- Ability to work across multiple systems and platforms
