- This opportunity is for one of Australia's largest energy retailer for a Scheduling Assistant sitting within in the Solar Operations team. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow within a stable and secure team that possess a wealth of knowledge in the area.- The role as a high focus on managing warranty of claims, data integrity, inventory and stakeholder engagement. Most suitable for an experienced high-level administrator looking to grow their career in this upbeat, stable and secure team**Responsibilities**Co-ordinate solar repairs - technicians and sites, booking appointments to align with busy schedules-
- External stakeholder management - Liaise with external parties to ensure faulty stock is resolved/costs recovered-
- Assist in stock take and reconciliations, occasional physical stock take at external sites required-
- Maintain faulty, used and refurbished stock on hand. Liaise with external parties to ensure faulty stock is resolved/costs recovered-
- Maintain warranty process documents and distribute to the appropriate stakeholders-
- Manipulate excel reports through excel v-look up**Requirements/Skills**- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal. Must be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.-
- Maintain a high attention to detail-
- Experience working in a busy administration role-
- High level of competency with IT systems - Salesforce and excel (v-look ups)-
- Must have Victorian Drivers License-
- Background working in logistics/ warehouse administration or energy company is highly advantageous-
- Must have working rights for a 12 month role**Benefits**
