An exciting new position of **Performance Improvement and Change Implementation Specialist** is now available in Residential Aged Care.

**About Your New Role**:
Reporting to the National General Manager Residential Aged Care, this role will be accountable for leading the implementation of operational quality and service improvement initiatives across all aged care operations to achieve best practice-based models of operation and service delivery that improve operational performance, financial returns, and resident outcomes.

Your new role will focus on the following key objectives:

- Review all information systems currently being used (e.g. Telstra Health, Kronos, Checked in Care, BestMed, Epicor, Coupa) to ensure the correct/required information is being delivered within required timeframes to drive business performance and regulatory compliance.
- Design and develop an operational dashboard of all key operating metrics to support the business.
- Review all service offerings including additional services that are delivered, to improve accountability, responsiveness and ensure greater alignment with business objectives and priorities.
- Design, develop and implement appropriate systems/tools to measure and drive effective operational outcomes of Residential Aged Care (RAC).
- Support sites to achieve their financial metrics as well as non-financial metrics which can impact financial outcomes through the development of tools to inform management.
- Support annual capital expense planning and the development of tools to identify facility requirements (current and future).
- Through regular conversations with site operations lead a culture of continuous improvement identification and action.
- Act as a Project Manager and lead the successful implementation of operational improvement opportunities and initiatives.

**About You**:
Does this sound like you?
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Residential Aged Care and associated regulations
- Diploma, degree, or post graduate qualifications relevant to the role (eg. business, commerce or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience managing projects delivering process improvements, including some business transformation initiatives.
- Extensive experience working in people leadership in a role within Aged Care operations.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to prepare well-researched, clearly presented reports and submissions as necessary.
