We currently have an opportunity for a skilled** Administration Officer - QA** to join our team at our Thornton facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day administrative and QA support to internal departments
- Maintain and review controlled documents
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Support the management of CARs, NCRs, and ITP documentation
- Coordinate training records and maintain competency spreadsheets
- Reconcile management credit cards and assist with travel and accommodation bookings
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Assist with events, document preparation, and general office duties including filing, scanning, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the QA/Office Manager and undertake additional duties as required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
