Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned quality assurance professional to oversee the administration of our Quality Management System. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical device internal or supplier auditing and a strong background in auditing and Quality Management Systems best practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the Quality Management System, managing quality documentation, performing internal audits as a Lead Auditor, and supporting the internal audit program. They will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and ensuring competency of a team of internal auditors.

Responsibilities
  • Administer Quality Management System
  • Manage quality documentation
  • Perform internal audits as a Lead Auditor
  • Support the internal audit program
  • Recruit, train and ensure competency of a team of internal auditors
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in medical device internal or supplier auditing required
  • Experience with QMS within medical device industry
  • Significant level of knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 19011)
  • Auditing qualifications - Internal auditor or Lead Auditor certification
  • Strong background in auditing and Quality Management Systems best practice
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
