We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.

**About The Role**
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for an Access Services Educator to work within the Communication and Inclusion Resource Centre (CIRC).
The Access Services teams include Disability Awareness, Accessible Information and Communication Access. Together these services provide practical solutions that enable schools, businesses and community organisations in Victoria and Nationally across Australia, to continually progress their work in access and inclusion.
Primary duties include:
- Training and service delivery in schools, businesses, community organisations and internally to Scope employees
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers
- Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotes, proposals and training materials and resources
- Maintain accurate customer records in the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
- Active contribution to quality improvements and strategic priorities
Essential skills and qualities:
- Ability to work in a professional manner both collaboratively and autonomously
- Ability to provide training and service delivery in-person at a Scope location, and at locations across Melbourne and Victoria and online
- Experience in the delivery of education and training programs, public speaking, facilitating groups or conducting clinics within schools and/or adult learning environments
Desired skills and qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Teaching/Training or Allied Health background
