We're now seeking a TA Insights & Reporting Specialist to join our growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team supporting our client. In this role, you'll turn data into actionable insights – shaping recruitment strategies, improving processes, and helping our client attract the right talent in the right way.

What you'll do
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports against KPIs.
  • Analyse recruitment data to spot trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Track talent pipeline health, diversity metrics, budgets, and invoicing.
  • Deliver labour market and competitor analysis to guide sourcing strategies.
  • Use tools like PowerBI and LinkedIn Talent Insights to provide market intelligence.
  • Partner with recruitment and HR leaders to align insights with business goals.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives with data-backed recommendations.
What you'll bring
  • Strong experience in recruitment analytics, workforce reporting, or market insights.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills: PowerBI (or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret and present data clearly for different audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience in mining or heavy industry is advantageous.
  • Qualifications in HR, business, or analytics are welcomed but not essential.
