**Customer Service Officer | Medical Device**

**The Role**
In your new position as the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all information is recorded and requests are being processed accurately into their operating systems.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Performing all the tasks of a Customer Service Representative
- Process customer requests and provide information
- Analyses transactions, correct records, adjust errors and maintain current operating systems
- Processing purchase orders and credits
- Contact customers to ascertain data omitted on orders
- Sent order notifications and ETA to customers
- Raise purchase orders on suppliers and track status
- Manage customer returns and replacements
- Database management
- Entering invoices through **SAP**:

- General admin ad-hoc duties as required
- Support the warehouse with loan kits when required

**About you**
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Task orientated with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage own workload and work effectively within a busy team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with exposure to SAP highly desirable
