Customer Service Role for Medical Devices

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support for our Medical Device customers in Australia and New Zealand.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Medical industry.
  • They will be responsible for processing orders manually and using EDI by strict cut-off times.
  • Additionally, they will need to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and keep up-to-date records of customer interactions in Salesforce.

This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in a well-established organization. The successful candidate will be working within a hybrid model with staggered start times from 8-5:30 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

The company prioritizes human-centered approach, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. As a valued member of the team, the customer service representative will be exposed to managing consignment stock, billing, and other critical tasks that require agility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and respond to customer enquiries across phone calls and email in a high volume capacity.
  2. Liaise collaboratively with customers regarding pricing discrepancies, damaged and missing stock.
  3. Investigate product disputes and arrange credits as necessary.
  4. Contribute to regular team meetings and ad-hoc reporting as required.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role.
  • Order Processing experience in SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
