We are a dynamic and growing design and construction company looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with a flair for social media. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Assist with customer inquiries and support when needed
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support team logistics

**Social Media Management**
- Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
- Help create visual and written content (basic graphic design skills a plus)
- Monitor analytics and suggest strategies for growth and engagement

**Requirements**:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Experience using social media platforms (personal or professional)
A self-starter who's comfortable multitasking and working independently
Bonus: Experience with Canva, social media schedulers (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), or basic content creation

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
