We are looking for an** experienced Executive and Marketing Assistant** to join Lumus Imaging in our Queensland head office in **Brisbane**, to support the Queensland management team.

**Key aspects of the role**:

- Performance of confidential executive assistant, secretarial and other administrative duties as required by the State Manager and Sales Manager.
- Organisational support including administration and communication systems, arranging appointments, meetings, travel, accommodation, functions and events.
- Coordination of meetings including preparing and distributing agendas and minutes, management of all associated records along with organising all travel, catering and other meeting logistics as required.
- Office management duties inc liaising with building management and ordering of office stationery and equipment
- Creating presentations and reports
- WHS requirements for head office
- Event and function management

**To be considered for this role your skills and attributes should include**:

- Experience in providing high level executive support within a Corporate environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team and use initiative
- Outstanding level of attention to detail
- Strong diary and time management skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in co-ordinating events and functions
