Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to coordinate marketing campaigns, support sales initiatives, and provide high-level executive assistance.

This role plays a key part in coordinating senior leadership team meetings, managing external relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Provide high-level executive assistance, including diary management, travel coordination, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the diary, inbox, and travel arrangements for senior leaders.
  • Coordinate senior leadership team meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Process expenses and support financial administration.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Manage listings on key aggregator sites.
  • Support the referral program and ensure promotional materials are up-to-date.
  • Handle website content updates and assist with brand and advertising activities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, or executive support within a sales and marketing team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in event coordination and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience in executive diary and travel management.
  • Brand management or campaign coordination.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and design tools.
  • Experience working with advertising or media agencies.
