Reporting to the General Manager of Sales & Marketing, you'll shape and drive our national sales strategy for Climate and Heating product categories. Your key focus will be driving sales initiatives with National Accounts & ensuring the growth an expansion of the HVAC Dealer network. While State Managers and their teams report directly to the General Manager, you'll ensure strategy is executed in the field by partnering with them, providing leadership, alignment, and a clear vision.
**What does the role entail?**
- Ensure sales budgets and revenue targets are achieved for our Residential Climate product groups. This includes Air Conditioners, Evaporative and Portable Cooling, Gas Ducted Heating, Electric Heating and Portable/Fixed Heating.
- Develop and execute strategy to ensure continued growth across National Accounts
- Expand presence in Dealer and Wholesale channels
- Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities into new segments and new product development
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support their initiatives aimed at driving sales growth
**Who are we looking for?**
- Successful background in managing and implementing new business contracts
- Experience developing and implementing business plans
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business operations
- Sales management experience in an organisation with a diverse product range
- An ability to implement strategic direction and liaise with senior management teams
- Management of budgets, costs and operational requirements
