About Our Client Electrolux Professional is a global leader in commercial laundry solutions, trusted by industries across Australia. With a legacy of innovation and sustainability, they are expanding their footprint in Australia and are looking for a strategic, hands-on National Sales Manager to lead the charge.
Job Description Lead national sales efforts across direct and distributor channels
Build and maintain relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers
Drive lead generation and long-cycle sales strategies
Travel nationally and occasional international trips
Collaborate with internal teams to support tenders and complex sales
The Successful Applicant A Successful National Sales Manager Should Have
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally through distributor networks or directly to sectors like education, hospitality, health care, law enforcement, and mining
Strong understanding of distributor networks and solution-based selling
Self-starter with strategic thinking and excellent communication skills
Experience selling commercial kitchen and laundry equipment (ideal but not essential)
Proven ability to operate autonomously and guide team members toward shared goals
