We deliver major infrastructure projects across Australia, and we're looking for a Safety Specialist who can inspire, guide, and work alongside our teams, customers, and suppliers to keep people safe and projects running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesBe a mentor and positive influence, helping others lead health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) in their day-to-day workKeep our licensing and staff accreditations up to date, including supporting growth into new marketsBring the Opportunity & Risk Management Framework to life across projectsHelp maintain our ISO and Federal Safety Commissioner accreditationsJoin customer meetings, visit sites, have safety conversations, and carry out inspectionsReview project and contractor documents, making sure we meet customer requirementsSpot opportunities to add value for both our customers and suppliersQualificationsExperience leading safety in high-risk industriesSolid knowledge of WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and industry codesThe ability to build strong relationships at all levelsCuriosity, a love of learning, and a drive for continuous improvementTertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety or EngineeringA current driver's licence and willingness to travelICAM Lead Investigator trainingThis opportunity comes with a car
