Business Development Manager
to accelerate growth and strengthen our presence in this dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of solar modules (primary) and energy storage solutions (secondary).
Build and manage B2B client relationships, focusing on EPCs and C&I projects.
Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and partner marketing activities.
Collaborate with global teams while shaping the local strategy in Australia.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years' experience in solar module sales (5+ years preferred).
Proven success in B2B client and channel development.
Strong background in the solar/renewable energy sector.
High integrity and commitment to respecting existing partner relationships.
What's on Offer
Competitive compensation
:
Experienced candidates: from AU$10k/month.
Senior candidates (5+ years): up to AU$15k–18k/month.
Base salary + 13th month + performance bonus/commission.
Direct reporting to the Business Unit Director.
