About the Opportunity
We're seeking a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to drive lifecycle marketing solutions for our business customers.
This role is part of our Parcels, Post & eCommerce division, which encompasses product management, sales, customer success, and B2B marketing.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing our B2B lifecycle and engagement strategy—delivering orchestrated, personalized journeys that drive measurable impact across the customer lifecycle.
You'll join a high-performing team dedicated to bringing lifecycle initiatives to life through multi-channel automation.
Using a robust martech stack, you'll design and activate dynamic, data-driven experiences that meet customers where they are.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Customer-Centric Journey Design
- Contribute to the development of the B2B Lifecycle Marketing Strategy in mapping customer needs and designing communication journeys that add value at every touchpoint.
Data-Driven Program Execution
- Lead the development and execution of prioritized B2B lifecycle initiatives aligned to the overarching strategy and commercial goals.
Sales Enablement Platform Support
- Contribute to the ongoing management and optimization of the Seismic platform – ensuring sales teams have timely, relevant, and approved content to support customer conversations and campaign execution.
1 : 1 Communication Strategy Execution
- Lead and execute personalized 1 : 1 communication strategies for major campaigns and programs.
Content & Experience Creation
- Collaborate with internal SMEs to craft content and orchestrate customer experiences that meet project briefs.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Continuously analyze lifecycle performance, experiments, and customer success metrics.
Governance & Best Practice Leadership
- Champion direct communication best practices and ensure compliance with email industry standards.
Innovation & Competitive Awareness
- Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitor activity and emerging technologies.
