**Position Title**: Bookkeeper / Accounts Clerk

**About us**

Cavallino Motorsport is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Clerk to join our team at our Brookvale office. The role will be part time 14 to 20 hours per week.

**Qualifications & experience**
- 3+ years of previous experience in a Bookkeeper or Accounts role
- Autocare software experience desirable
- Good computer software skills including confident using Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Friendly attitude with the ability to communicate confidently with colleagues, clients and suppliers
- Ability to build good relationships
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong time management skills
- Not afraid in suggesting improvements
- Trustworthy and a proactive attitude

**Tasks, duties & responsibilities include but not limited to**
- Accounts payable / receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- Payroll
- Superannuation
- IAS/ BAS
- Processing cash and EFT payments
- Assistant to Director
- Reporting
- General Admin duties including invoicing, uploading quotes, corresponding with clients
- File management

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $24.38 - $35.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brookvale, NSW 2100: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
