We are seeking an exceptional Data Change & Capability Lead to join our dynamic People Experience team as we continue on our path of exciting change and transformation

In this Limited Tenure role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation by leveraging data insights to drive transformative change and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As the Data Change & Capability Lead, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement data-driven strategies, and cultivate a data-driven mindset within the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Identifying and analysing data sources to uncover valuable insights and trends.
2. Developing and implementing data-driven initiatives to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute data-driven change management strategies.
4. Building and nurturing a data-driven culture by fostering data literacy and advocating for data-driven decision-making.
5. Designing and delivering training programs to upskill employees and enhance their data capabilities.
