Key Role: Data Analyst - Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage data and analytics to drive positive change and promote equity, diversity and inclusion across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse staff and student data to identify trends and patterns that inform policy, programs and accreditation submissions.
  • Develop and maintain databases and reports to support strategic decision-making and organisational development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement analytical solutions that address key challenges and opportunities.
  • Communicate complex data insights effectively to senior leaders and other stakeholders to guide strategy and inform business decisions.
  • Partner with Colleges and Portfolios to co-design analytics that drive positive change and advance inclusion.
