As part of a leading international contracting firm, our client possesses the expertise and resources to deliver major infrastructure projects across diverse sectors.
**About the Role**:
Our client is in search of an experienced Change Analyst to join their Enterprise Data Platform project, which involves building a new, modern data platform to replace their existing legacy platform. The role will require an adaptable change practitioner who utilizes their expertise to provide support in the following areas:
- Conducting change impact analyses to identify and assess the potential effects of changes on the organization.
- Engaging with stakeholders and developing communication plans.
- Conducting use case analyses, end-user discovery interviews, and creating end-user profiles to inform the design and implementation of new systems or processes.
- Preparing change briefings and engaging with key business stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of changes.
- Conducting learning need analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This role would be suitable for individuals seeking a part-time work arrangement of 2 days per week.
