As the **Airport Standards, Service and Quality Specialist**, you will be responsible for supporting operational policy, procedures, and assurance functions across QantasLink airports, ground service providers, AOCs, and aircraft fleets.

Reporting to the Manager Standards and Compliance, this role will ensure compliance and standards are adhered to through QantasLink day-to-day processes. This role will play an important role with internal and external regulators on behalf of the QantasLink Airports team. In addition, this role will involve the development, and implementation of improvement projects related to QantasLink Airports ground operation including but not limited to Ramp, Customer Service and Training Programs.

**You'll have -**
- Previous airport experience with a demonstrated knowledge of both Operations and Airport Systems
- Analytical and solution focused approach to problem solving, and identifying trends
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsets with the ability to influence individuals at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to balance multiple priorities with several internal and external stakeholders with a drive to work to tight and everchanging deadlines
- Commitment to a continuous improvement philosophy
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant Airport Systems
- Teritiary qualifications within Aviation Management (desirable but not essential)
