Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable and Payroll Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Manage accounts receivable and payroll functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process new and changed debtor details, including approvals and ABN review.
  • Prepare and post allocated month end journals.
  • Prepare relevant monthly reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Calculate and process payroll adjustments to ensure accurate administration of salary, claims and industrial award entitlements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Quote to Receipt functions in a medium to large organisation.
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance or similar.
  • Involvement in finance-related process improvement projects.
  • Advanced Excel and project management skills.
