Based in Sydney's Inner-West this Australian owned & operated company have built a strong reputation for sourcing the best quality pork, from Aussie farmers

As the new _**Accounts Receivable Officer, **_you will have a background in an **FMCG environment** & work closely with the financial controller to ensure all AR functions & processes are complete.

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Maintain/update aged debtors
- Identify overdue accounts and follow up
- Weekly debtor reconciliations
- Attending to customer enquiries & investigate issues
- Prepare invoices and process payments
- Manage Chep pallets, reconcile, returns and transfers
- Reconcile stock from off-site freezers
- Data entry of customer payments, balance & deposit
- General administrative tasks (filing, archiving, taking calls)

**The successful applicant;**
- Min 2 years demonstrated experience in an **FMCG or Manufacturing **environment
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multi task & prioritize workload
- Availability to work **Tuesday - Friday (25hrs)**
