As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the eCommerce manager to assist with day-to-day operations of multiple online stores, including but not limited to creating and updating content, scheduling and updating campaigns and promotions, and refreshing product merchandising

**As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for**:

- Work closely with the Customer Support (CS) team to help troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Utilise analytic tools to analyse site data to make recommendations and improvements
- Supporting digital marketing activities
- Executing copywriting, website content, reporting and other activities to attract, convert and retain ecommerce customers
- Promotion Management - Setting up, scheduling, and testing monthly promotions across multiple websites

**About you**
- Intermediate MS word, Excel and general computer skills
- Minimum 1 year in a Marketing (retail or Digital/eCommerce) role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide data led recommendations and measure the effectiveness of digital activity
- Ideally a relevant certificate or degree (Marketing, Business, Digital or a similar field)
- Experience utilising an eCommerce platform (CMS)
