Drive engaging face-to-face inductions and accredited TCI training to support employee onboarding, development, and retention within our Child and Family Services teams.

Duties
Deliver face-to-face inductions and TCI training
Ensure training meets accreditation standards
Record and track training in the Learning Hub
Provide real-time feedback on candidate progression
Skills & Experience
Qualified TCI Trainer (mandatory)
Cert IV TAE (completed or studying)
Strong group facilitation and communication skills
Ability and willingness to travel within NSW for training
Skilled in feedback, problem solving, and continuous improvement
