We are currently seeking a seasoned **Product Innovation Manager** to drive the Integria Practitioner product innovation and development agenda for MediHerb, Eagle and Eagle Clinical. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to identify market opportunities, define product strategies, and lead innovative projects from concept to launch. It is the responsibility of this role to ensure industry-leading innovative product development practices and performance as seen through the eyes of our customers.

**Key Priorities**
- Manage and drive the performance of the Product Development team, in delivering NPD on time, on budget, and to the expected standard
- Lead a culture of innovation throughout the commercial business unit as well as through the Integria business
- Develop and encourage strong working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead cross functional Ideation forums to capture the feedback and suggestions from all stakeholders across all markets
- Work closely with the Practitioner marketing team on portfolio review and innovation across all practitioner markets.
- Ensure a strong working relationship with the Integria R&D team to develop pre-launch trials of key NPD for delivery with Practitioner education. NPD - R&D - ED
- Develop both performance gap and opportunity gap product innovation
- Develop and manage a rolling 3-year New Product pipeline Foster and lead a culture of innovation**Key Experience & Skills**
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Product Innovation, Product Management or similar role
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing and leading a successful team
- Degree qualifications in Naturopathy or Herbal Medicine or health related fields strongly preferred
- Demonstrated Innovative mindset, staying abreast of natural medicine science with a strong focus on novel ingredients and delivery formats for domestic and international markets
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management, both internal and external
- Demonstrated track record of achieving financial budgets and targets
