About the Role
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences through idea management, backlog grooming, prioritisation, and value assessments.
  • Manage a pipeline of work for product delivery, ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Champion product strategy through strong relationship management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee customer experience design, research, testing, and analytics to inform data-driven decisions.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders. You will be working as part of a dynamic team within the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB).
