**About the Role**

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a WHS Coordinator to effectively support the National Safety Team and National Safety Manager in the management of the company safety management system (RamAusSMS) and the promotion of work health and safety across the three facilities.

**This position will be permanent full-time, reporting directly to the VIC Safety Manager.**

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in WH&S
- Experience in WH&S and demonstrated knowledge in relevant WH&S legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective skills in planning, time management, problem solving and decision making
- Commitment to the achievement of excellent outcomes, with a strong sense of accountability and customer service

**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment
- Experience within the health industry or a large organisation

**Remuneration**

A base annual salary of $100k - $115k + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

**About Our Hospitals**

The Hospitals are owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, a global operator of private hospitals and primary care clinics with 74 Australian sites employing over 30,000 people.

The Avenue Private Hospital is an advanced 152 bed private surgical and medical hospital located in the inner city suburb of Windsor.

Masada Private Hospital is a 94 bed acute medical, surgical facility with specialised dermatology, early parenting and rehabilitation services located in East St. Kilda.

Ramsay Surgical Centre Glenferrie located in Hawthorn, specialises in providing care for private short-stay patients undergoing orthopaedic and specialist surgery. The hospital's purpose-designed day stay area has 12 beds with a further 19 beds for patients requiring overnight care.

**Requirements**:

- Must provide a National** Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
