**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System
- Develop and manage WHS audit protocols and compliance programs
- Oversee workers' compensation claims and injury management processes
- Support the implementation of HR/WHS strategies across operations
- Prepare regular WHS reports for the Board and Senior Leadership team
- Coordinate effective communication of WHS initiatives and processes
- Identify and implement employee wellbeing initiatives
- Contribute to HR projects and support the People & Culture team

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Tertiary degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
- Excellent working knowledge of WHS legislation
- Experience in Return to Work processes
- Strong project management and influencing skills
- Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
- High attention to detail and self-motivation
