**ABOUT THE JOB**

We are looking for a vibrant and driven **Duty Manager** to join our team, this role requires flexibility to work 20+ hours a week over a 7-day roster. As the Duty Manager, you will be working across the hotel from the Front Bar and Restaurant through to the Gaming Room and Sports Bar.

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Quick learner, passionate and enthusiastic
- Trustworthy, reliable ,and positive attitude
- Supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Well organised and thrives in a diverse role
- Competent cash handling skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (Essential)
- Responsible Persons Badge or willing to obtain (Essential)
- Basic Gaming and Advanced Gaming Certificates (Essential)
- Keno/Maxetag loyalty system experience an advantage
- Understanding of food safety and work health and safety legislation
