Training Coordinator - Laverton, Melbourne
As the Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both the Planning and Operations teams by delivering a robust onsite training program.

You'll ensure team members are equipped with the skills, knowledge and tools they need to work safely, efficiently and confidently - all while contributing to workforce flexibility through smart rostering and cross-training initiatives.

**What You'll Do**
- Facilitate engaging new-hire orientation, site tours, and classroom-based training
- Deliver and coordinate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) training
- Own and manage the training matrix, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
- Process onboarding documentation and manage team member availability within rosters
- Support floor trainers and help develop a new cross-training matrix
- Monitor and report on training compliance across all departments (e.g. VOCs, standard work)
- Coordinate refresher sessions and support training needs analysis
- Assist in the creation of standard work instructions and support continuous improvement efforts
- Partner with the Planning Manager on job rotation programs for front-line workers
- Support operations in resourcing and agency engagement

**What You Bring**

**Essential**:

- Experience in a training coordination or similar role, preferably within warehousing, logistics, or FMCG
- Strong communication, organisation and influencing skills
- Confidence delivering training to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with MHE, WMS, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with external staffing or resource agencies
- Power BI or dashboard creation
- Exposure to warehouse planning and process development

- External: Labour hire agencies, training providers, and key customers
