Change Lead

**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Lead to join our AML First program, on a 12 month max term contract.

The Change Lead is responsible for the planning, implementation and embedment of change within a program, project or agile release train. This role develops change management strategies, provides guidance and support to project and ART teams, and works within the documented change management standards to ensure a consistent approach to change across the organisation.

The role will seek to gain an understanding of business requirements and customer needs, working collaboratively with key SMEs and Project Management and ART stakeholders to gain sponsorship and advocacy for the change and align efforts with BOQ Group's strategic goals and priorities.

The Change Lead is accountable for developing key change artefacts, designing and implementing change strategies, managing change-related delivery risks and measuring key change metrics to successfully deliver the expected change outcomes.
The role may also be responsible for leading one or more Change Managers or Change Analysts. This involves overseeing their day-to-day activities, providing guidance and support, and ensuring they effectively implement the relevant standards. They will mentor and coach, helping to develop their skills and achieve their goals.
**About you**

Your in-depth understanding of risk management considerations and governance frameworks enables you to identify, assess, and mitigate change-related risks effectively. You are highly proficient in stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies, and you excel at developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans that address the needs and concerns of diverse stakeholder groups.

You are familiar with organisational development and design principles and know how to leverage these to support and sustain change initiatives. As a leader, you have the ability to mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of change management standards.

Strategic thinking is one of your core strengths, allowing you to develop and execute change management strategies that align with organisational goals and priorities. Your excellent communication skills enable you to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. You are a strong problem solver, capable of identifying and managing change-related delivery risks.

Collaboration is key to your approach, and you possess exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, working collaboratively to gain sponsorship and advocacy for change initiatives. You are adaptable, able to adjust change strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
