**About The Role**
**We are looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join us on a part-time basis in our Melbourne office. (2-3 days per week of your choosing)**
This role will report into the People & Culture Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual who is ready to start their professional career in People and Culture. You will be supported by a close-knit team, who are ready to take you under their wing and provide you the training and support to grow in your career.
The People & Culture Administrator will be responsible for general P&C administrative tasks, including reporting, training & development related activities, recruitment support and keeping the HR system up to date.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting with RG146 Enrolments / setting up on Kaplan and maintaining the qualifications register
- Supporting recruitment & onboarding related activities such as Fit2Work checks, contract generation etc.
- General P&C administration including generating standard letters, maintaining personnel files, profile creation in the HR system
- Coordinate the induction program for all new staff, for example, scheduling P&C induction and sending induction templates to managers
- Ensuring our HR records are kept up to date for payroll purposes
- Preparing reporting line change letters, probation letters etc.
- Assisting with booking staff training
- Assisting with salary reporting for FIRG
- Assisting with data collation for ABS and other required surveys
- Maintaining staff lists
- Assisting with setting up HR meetings
- Create, compile and/or assist with cyclical and ad-hoc data reports
- Other adhoc tasks at the direction of the People & Culture Manager or the CFO
**Key Requirements**
- Maintain the highest levels of accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality
- Great communication and customer service skills
- The ability to learn how to use systems quickly
- Multi-tasking and a willingness to learn and adapt to the requirements of the role
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent writing skills
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and coordinate responsibilities
- Ability to work in a close-knit team as well as autonomously, whilst taking responsibility for meeting objectives
- Initiative to identify better and more efficient ways of working
**Essential Qualifications**
- Penultimate or final year of university (Business / Human Resources degree or similar)
- MS Word
- MS Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- MS Outlook
**Skills and Experience that Give you an Advantage**:
- Previous HR admin experience
- Experience working in Financial services
- Previous experience using a HRIS (E.g. BambooHR)
