  • This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced P&C professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering excellent employee experiences across Australia.

We're looking for someone who has a strong background in P&C policies, benefits administration, and data analysis. If you have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice on P&C policies and procedures
  2. Administer benefits, leave policies, recognition, and discounted energy initiatives
  3. Coach and guide frontline leaders to build knowledge and capability around core P&C processes
  4. Prepare and deliver operational people-related reporting
  5. Champion process improvements that drive efficiencies and excellent data quality outcomes

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar P&C/HR role
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Data analysis and presentation using Excel and PowerPoint
  • A team player attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional results
