ABOUT THE ROLE:
The primary purpose of this role, located in Wetherill Park for a major Mattress manufacturer, is to provide exemplary customer service solutions and ensure the best customer service experiences possible.
The breadth of this role will see you working across all customer service functions, including:
Incoming service: Direct customer communication and making arrangements relevant to customer requirements, receiving and actioning telephone calls, scheduling repairs, co-ordinating with internal functions such as Production and Despatch, maintaining response times

Repairs and Returns: Ensure compliance with internal Company protocols relating to repair, replacement or other outcomes which foster a positive customer experience

Administration: Schedule customer visitation and related activities, maintain relevant customer service records using Excel, Outlook and other methods and generate reports of customer service activities and status

ABOUT YOU:
This role covers every Customer Service activity and as a consequence, you will need to have the following skills and/or experience:
Demonstrate the legal right to work in Australia Provide a satisfactory police check Undertake a pre-employment medical examinationA competitive salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
