**About the role**

Mercy Community are on the search for an enthusiastic **Customer Service Officer** to join our Residential Aged Care team in **Nudgee** on a **Permanent Full-time** basis.

**Salary commensurate with experience plus superannuation plus generous salary packaging available**

This role includes but not limited to
- Reception Customer Service - reception duty, greeting residents and visitors, managing deliveries, respond to resident enquiries
- Administration Support services - conduct site and administration induction for new staff members, maintain assigned registers and databases, attend meetings as required by the Senior Administrator or Care Leadership team, reconcile and distribute invoices, coordinate and distribute information and correspondence to staff and residents

**About you**

As the successful applicant, you will possess:

- Tertiary qualification in business administration or equivalent experience
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong skills in organisational and time management
- Queensland Provisional Green or above Driver's License
