THE ROLE
Be a trusted partner to our retail and support centre teams, offering thoughtful, people-first HR advice grounded in genuine care
Support leaders with day-to-day coaching and guidance, helping them grow thriving teams where optimism and opportunity is part of the culture.
Bring curiosity to every challenge including navigating employee relations or streamlining people processes - always seeking better ways to support our people.
Champion moments that matter, from onboarding to offboarding, making sure every experience feels human, inclusive, and aligned with who we are.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build a workplace where fashion meets purpose, and where every team member feels empowered to do their best work.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You've got a solid foundation in HR (around 2–3 years), with experience across generalist advisory work....bonus points if that's been in a fast-paced retail or fashion setting.
You're naturally curious and confident navigating all kinds of people conversations, bringing empathy, clarity, and care to every interaction.
You're organised, proactive, and love turning ideas into action to help our teams be at their best every day
