The Role
This newly created role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of how we support and empower our people.
You'll lead a centralised team with the mission to uplift leader capability, streamline people processes, and deliver consistent, thoughtful support across our Australian business, all while fostering a culture of optimism, care, and collaboration.

Lead and grow a newly formed team of People Advisors and Assistants, creating a high-impact support model that's consistent, scalable and people-first
Provide confident, clear guidance to leaders across employee relations, case management, and people processes, always grounded in care and curiosity
Design and embed best-practice rhythms that bring clarity, efficiency, and momentum to how we support our brands and functions
Build a connected team environment that's built for impact with smart systems for leave coverage, shared knowledge, and flexible support during peak times
Help shape a future-focused People function that aligns with business goals while championing genuine support and continuous improvement

Experience

A strong background in HR or people advisory, with hands-on experience supporting leaders across employee relations, coaching, and people processes
Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing teams, bringing clarity, care, and a sense of shared purpose to your work
Confidence navigating complexity with genuine care, whether managing sensitive cases or designing scalable, people-friendly systems
A solutions-focused mindset that thrives in fast-paced, creative environments, with experience in retail, fashion, or entrepreneurial businesses highly valued
