Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part time, 3 year contract).

About the Role

As part of a team supporting the business, translating the business resourcing strategy to actionable plans, you'll help manage the delivery of sourcing, assessing and securing great talent. You'll work closely with the HR Business Partners and Talent Advisor, understanding business context and workforce needs to manage end to end recruitment. Delivering talent attraction, you'll share expert market insights to inform resourcing decisions. Championing and assuring a diverse and inclusive culture, you ensure this remains at the core of the end-to-end resourcing process.

About You

With your excellent engagement skills and experienced business partnering, you possess strong relationship management by developing an understanding of different stakeholder needs, the business and industry. As a HR professional, you're experienced in the end-to-end recruitment process, practices, systems and policies. An expert in writing attraction collateral, you're proactive and creative in executing best fit resourcing strategies.

What we need from you

Alongside your bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, you have significant experience as an inhouse recruiter, sourcing for technical and commercial roles. You're proficient in utilizing external sources and social media platforms to identify candidates. Experienced in direct sourcing including LinkedIn, Boolean search and data analytics skills, you also have strong knowledge of candidate attraction and assessment. You are skilled to identify and source both active and passive talents by using various sourcing techniques.
