Human Resources Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Partner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization, where you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers and employees.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and guidance to our retail and support centre teams. You will work closely with our leaders to develop and implement effective people strategies, ensuring that our culture remains inclusive, human, and aligned with our values.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid foundation in HR, with experience in generalist advisory work. You should be naturally curious and confident navigating complex people conversations, bringing empathy, clarity, and care to every interaction. You will also need to be organized, proactive, and love turning ideas into action to help our teams be at their best every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide trusted HR advice and guidance to our retail and support centre teams
  • Support leaders in developing and implementing effective people strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a workplace where fashion meets purpose
  • Navigate complex employee relations and streamline people processes to improve efficiency
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced retail or fashion setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
